This fine extra virgin oil “Armonico” is made with careful attention to every detail from almost ripe olives, exclusively of the Ottobratica native cultivar variety. The olives are processed in our mill within a few hours, keeping the extraction temperatures particularly low, never higher than 27 ° C. This Extra Virgin Olive Oil appears with a balanced taste, Armonico, so that it does not cover other flavors but it enhances the taste of all kinds of dishes. Armonico is especially recommended cold and It is particularly suitable for seasoning vegetables or on boiled legumes, fish dishes and grilled meats.

Cold extraction

Verdello” is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from by solely native olives of Ottobratica variety, harvested at the right degree of ripeness and processed within 6 hours. Verdello is an oil with a particularly intense fruity aroma, is recommended raw to dress legume soups and wild herbs, but It also indicated with porcini mushrooms and roasted meats.
