The Mafrica Farm produces jams, marmalades and compotes from the fresh fruits of its citrus orchards.
Over the last few years, giving priority to the vocation of the area, about 10 ha of kiwi trees and 30 ha of citrus orchards were planted in the farm: Navel oranges, Ciaculli mandarins and native lemons which are regularly shipped throughout Italy and abroad and which are largely processed into very tasty marmalades and compotes, in great demand by national and international markets.
